Mazyck-Wraggborough

Wraggborough is bordered by many different areas and holds Marion Square in its borders, one of the more popular areas of downtown. This green space used to be the Citadel Green. Various events, including the Charleston Food & Wine Festival, Charleston Fashion Week, the Christmas Tree Lighting, and the Farmer’s Market are all held here. Mazyck-Wraggborough also has the most public green space than any other neighborhood, which has given it the nickname, “The Garden District.” As a small district of downtown, there is not as much for sale here. Properties currently available are primarily single family residences ranging from $375K to $995K.
